Northern Trust Corporation’s 2007 global corporate philanthropy program awarded $17.5 million in cash contributions to nonprofit organisations, and more than $240,000 in gifts in-kind.

With funding increased by 13.7% over the previous year, Northern Trust made a total of 2,668 gifts worldwide in 2007 to support a variety of social, educational and cultural causes.
