Northern Trust Promotes Fradkin And Potter

Northern Trust today that 40 year old Steve Fradkin has been promoted to Executive Vice President Finance, reporting to Perry R. Pero, Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer. His duties include strategic planning, investor relations, corporate treasury and corporate control.

Northern Trust today that 40-year-old Steve Fradkin has been promoted to Executive Vice President – Finance, reporting to Perry R. Pero, Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer. His duties include strategic planning, investor relations, corporate treasury and corporate control.

Fradkin, who joined Northern Trust in 1985, is currently the EVP who heads the International Group and Global Fund Services Practice in Northern Trust’ s Corporate and Institutional Services business unit. He has been responsible for the strategy and development of Northern Trust’s business outside the U.S., especially among fund managers.

Fradkin’s duties are being taken over by 45-year-old Senior Vice President Stephen N. Potter. Potter, who joined Northern Trust in 1982, currently serves as London branch manager. In this capacity he is responsible for Corporate and Institutional Services clients based in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He also serves as President of Northern Trust Global Investments (Europe) Limited. He will continue to be based in London.
