Northern Trust Hires Two Analysts for Alternatives Group

Northern Trust has appointed Bruce Tang to the company’s Alternatives Group hedge fund of funds division as a research analyst and vice president.

Tang has worked in the industry for over 14 years and comes to Northern Trust from Aurora Investment Management, where he served as a senior research analyst, focusing on sourcing and monitoring hedge fund investments for the firm’s investment group, as well as researching various hedge fund investment strategies.

In addition to hiring Tang, Northern Trust added recent Harvard graduate Kristin Norton to the hedge fund of funds team as a junior research analyst.
