Under the arrangement, Northern Trust will provide custody for a range of 8.6 billion Halifax OEIC funds.
Halifax Financial Services is a part of the HBOS Group of companies, the UK’s largest mortgage and savings provider.
“We look forward to working closely with Northern Trust as the relationship develops in the future,” said Graham Horn, Head of Contract Management, HBOS Financial Services.
Toby Glaysher, Senior Vice President, Global Fund Services at Northern Trust said, “We are delighted to extend our relationship with the HBOS Group. Their continued trust in our services is a further endorsement of our products and client servicing approach.”
