Northern Trust Global Investments (Europe) Ltd. (NTGIE*) has made two new appointments to its sales and marketing team.
Keith White joins as Director of European Sales with a remit to build relationships with pension funds in continental Europe and also additional opportunities further a field within the Middle East. Keith brings 15 years of industry experience and worked previously at Gartmore and Chase Asset Management.
Keith White said of his appointment: “There is a real opportunity in Europe and the Middle East as institutional investors move away from the large balanced managers to the more fleet of foot specialist managers and as domestic markets open up to the best of the international offerings. I expect to spend a lot of time on the road listening to what clients want. Our ability to offer client-specific tailored solutions with a very high level of personal support is ideal in the changing marketplace. There is a lot of opportunity for NTGIE at the moment.”
In addition, Sue-Wei Wong has joined NTGIE from Citigroup Asset Management as marketing manager. She will be responsible for marketing investment services to institutional clients.
