Newedge has made several senior appointments in its global Metals business in London, New York and Hong Kong.
In London, Peter Barrowcliff has been promoted to global head of Metals. Brian Flaherty joins Newedge as the firms U.S. head of Metals, based in New York. And in Hong Kong, Wendy Law and Alan Burr have been promoted as co-heads of APAC Metals.
Barrowcliff previously was global COO for Metals and has worked at Nomura in Hong Kong and Lehman Brothers in London. In his new role, he will focus on expanding the firms platform and customer base.
Flaherty previously held roles at J.P. Morgan, Sempra and MG. Law and Burr both joined Newedge from Natixis in September.
