Prime broker Newedge has appointed Peter Ward as global head of Marketing Communications, based in New York.
Ward will be responsible for leading Newedge’s marketing activities on a global scale. He will report directly to Kevin Russell, global head of Brand & Communications at Newedge.
Previously Ward was an independent marketing and communications consultant specializing in financial and professional services. Prior to consulting, he worked in communications at Greenwich Capital Markets and The Royal Bank of Scotland.

Our mission is to leverage Newedges industry leading position, and continue to enhance our brand and reputation across the globe. Peters appointment will be instrumental in helping us further engage the marketplace through traditional, as well as innovative, channels.
