The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. has made new management appointments for the OMX Nordic Exchange.
Hans-Ole Jochumsen has been appointed president of the OMX Nordic Exchange Group Oy. Jochumsen previously held the position of deputy president of the OMX Nordic Exchange Group Oy. Jochumsen will continue to serve as executive vice president with NASDAQ OMX Group.
Jenny Rosberg has been appointed deputy president of the OMX Nordic Exchange Group Oy, replacing Jochumsen. Rosberg will continue to serve as senior vice president, Global Corporate Client Group, OMX Listings & Capital Markets.
In addition, Erik Theden has been appointed president of the OMX NordicExchange Stockholm AB. Theden will continue to serve in his role as head of Fixed Income, Transactions Services Nordics.
The management position appointments were made by the respective boards and will be effective immediately.
