A new member of the Custody team in Romania, Roxana Belean will further strengthen the products development management team of Raiffeisen Bank Romania’s securities services division.
Roxana started her career in the Romanian National Securities Commission (CNVM) in 2004 as a legal advisor within the Authorization and Regulation Department. She was actively involved in the CNVM’s project launching the new capital market legislation.
She continued to gather experience during her collaboration with SSIF Piraeus Securities – as Compliance Officer and with OTP Asset Management Romania – as Director of Compliance Department and Deputy General Manager. Roxana graduated in 2004 from the Romanian-American University, Faculty of Law and completed her background with economic studies at George Washington University (2007) and Bucharest University of Economics (2009 – Master in Capital Markets Trading and Regulation).
