Network Controls International Limited (NCI) has selected BT Radianz to offer access to a hosted version of Direct Deal Notification (DDN), software that provides banks with electronic trade notification and straight-through-processing of deals transacted by brokers.

Through this agreement, banks now have the option to have their DDN servers hosted at a BT Radianz data center and connect to these servers via the BT Radianz Shared Market Infrastructure or the Internet. The added benefits to the banks include the waived fee to host their DDN servers and the security, reliability, global reach and scalability of the BT Radianz Shared Market Infrastructure.

“We are making significant investments in the DDN service so as to provide the kind of solution which will satisfy banks’ requirements now and in the future,” said Garry Benson, managing director at NCI. “Hosted DDN servers and connectivity via BT Radianz Shared Market Infrastructure or the Internet are prerequisites to our plans to extend DDN with more instruments, additional delivery protocols and improved functionality. We believe that the absence of transaction fees and server-related costs, the broader choices for connectivity, and the upcoming extensions to DDN make it a compelling choice for banks that wish to benefit from STP and the many other features of the service offering.”
