The National Depository Center (NDC), Russia’s only settlement depository servicing the full range of debt and equity securities of Russian issuers, elected five NDC candidates to the new Board of Directors on 26 June annual general meeting of shareholders of Depository Clearing Company CJSC (DCC).
The new members of the Board of Directors proposed by NDC include the following: Eddie Astanin, Deputy Director, NDC, Yuri Dubin, Director of Depository, Sberbank, Grigory Egorov, Legal Advisor to NDC’s Director, Sergei Naumov, Deputy Director, NDC, and Andrei Remnev, Director of Depository, Vnesheconombank. NDC currently owns 37.29% in DCC.
