LCH.Clearnet says Nazir Badat has joined the Board. Badat is Global Head of Securities Operations at UBS Investment Bank.
LCH.Cleranet explains that Badat has sixteen years experience in the investment banking industry, ten of which he has spent at UBS, and has wide experience both of the broad range of instruments cleared by LCH.Clearnet and of the merger process in which it is now engaged.
