The National Bank of Hungary has increase d its 50% stake in KELER, the Central Depository and Clearing House, by 5% to 55% following a transaction with the Budapest Commodity Exchange (BCE). The central bank previously announced that it intended to exercise its option on two-thirds of the 25% stake in KELER held by the BCE. The additional shares give the National Bank a controlling stake in KELER.
