Yorkshire Bank and Clydesdale Bank, which are owned by National Australia Group (NAG) are introducing new Web-based marketing technology. The Enterprise Marketing Management (EMM) software from Aprimo, Incorporated provides online reporting on how campaigns and projects are executed.

Specifically, both Yorkshire and Clydesdale Banks will implement Aprimo’s production management software to manage resources and workflow and enable collaboration with multiple people and departments simultaneously. Though both banks use enterprise software from other suppliers, NAG UK selected Aprimo to meet marketing-specific requirements.

“We spoke to a number of the world’s leading financial companies who use Aprimo. With its strong position within the industry and tailored product offerings, Aprimo was the obvious contender in our search for an EMM provider,” said Phil McCroakam, head of retail marketing at NAG UK. “We expect the Aprimo suite to generate value we will be able to quickly measure by providing an application that will make the jobs of our marketing teams easier as complexity grows and we progress to ever greater marketing initiatives.”
