Citis Global Transaction Services (GTS) has appointed Munir Nanji as regional head of public sector in Asia Pacific. In addition to this role, he will continue in his existing role as regional head for Bank Services Group (BSG) Asia Pacific, managing the BSG business in 18 markets across Asia Pacific.
In his new role, Nanji will continue to build on synergies that support structuring solutions, deepening relationships and developing strategic partnerships with GTSs new and existing public sector clients, including central banks, sovereign wealth funds and pensions.
Based in Hong Kong, Nanji will continue to report to Anthony Nappi, managing director, region head, Asia Pacific, GTS, and to Bharat Sarpeshkar, managing director, global head of BSG.
