Misys Wholesale Banking Systems has signed a partnership Stefanini IT Solutions, an IT consultancy in South America. The contract covers the distribution and development of Misys’s financial software and services in Brazil.
Under the terms of the agreement, Stefanini have the right to sell, implement and support a range of Misys products, including Trade Innovation, MidasPlus, OPICS and Misys Message Manager. Leveraging Stefanini’s extensive knowledge of Brazilian banking requirements, the solutions will be localised for the Brazilian market, in line with customer requirements, and sold as part of the Misys offering for Brazil. A Stefanini team will also be trained to provide first-level customer support for the Misys solutions.
Misys says it chose Stefanini as its Latin American distribution partner because of its extensive local knowledge, reputation for integrity, and recognised development quality.
