Himanshu Raja has been appointed CFO of Misys, the financial risk management software provider.
Raja previously was CFO for Logica, the IT and management consulting firm. While there, he led the firms 1.8 billion acquisition by CGI of Canada.
Before Logica, he worked at BT Group, most recently as CFO for BT Global Services, BT Design, BT Operate and BT Wholesale. He has also worked in finance and systems roles at Worldcom International, UUNET and MFS Limited.
Raja joins Misys following its acquisition last year by Vista Equity Partners and its merger with Turaz, another financial risk management firm.
