The Ministry of Justice has registered the new Regulation on Depository Activity issued by the State Securities and Stock Market Commission. The new regulation is now in force.
The regulation defines the list of securities, which can be services in the National Depository System: main functions of depositories and custodians, rules for the settlement of transactions and safekeeping and the interaction among different market participants.
