Liberty Insurance Services (LIS) said it has signed an agreement with Merrill Lynch Life Insurance Company to administer an in-force block of variable and traditional life insurance policies.
LIS will provide day-to-day management and complete back-office administration services for an in-force block of variable life, variable universal life and interest sensitive whole life insurance policies.
These services include claims processing, billing and collections, contract owner support services, records management, cash management services and technology support.
