Meridian Fund Services Appoints Fergus Healy as CEO

Fund administrator Meridian Fund Services has appointed Fergus Healy as CEO effective August 15, 2013.

Healy, a native of Ireland, comes to Meridian from JPMorgan Chase where he served in New York as executive director of alternative markets group.

Tom Davis, Meridian’s previous CEO, will continue to serve as chairman of the board, a title he has held alongside CEO since 2000.

“While I will continue a very active role at Meridian, I am delighted that Fergus will be succeeding me as the chief executive officer,” said Davis. “Fergus has unique experiences that will enable him to effectively lead us in our next evolutionary phase—he has lived and worked in various parts of the world, which will assist with Meridian’s plans to expand geographically.”
