Mercer Investment Consulting has announced that, as of February 1, Sven Ebeling is the firm’s new Head of its Zurich-based Switzerland operation. Ebeling previously was an executive board member at ECOFIN Investment Consulting where he was a relationship manager for large institutional clients including pension funds, insurance companies and central banks. Prior to that, he worked as a sales and trading research analyst at J.P. Morgan in Zurich, London and New York.
The appointment follows Mercer’s recent expansion in Switzerland through the acquisition of the Benefit and Institutional Investment Consulting division of KPMG.
