McCarney Takes the Reins at Mitsubishi UFJ

Mitsubishi UFJ Fund Services (Mitsubishi UFJ) has appointed Ken McCarney as CEO.

The position was previously held by Glenn Henderson, who is retiring from his role and will remain an advisor at the firm. McCarney retains his current position as COO.

McCarney joined Mitsubishi UFJ in 2007, establishing the Dublin office and growing it to 170 staff members.

Announcing the appointment, Takafumi Ihara, Chairman of Mitsubishi UFJ Fund Services Holdings Limited said: “Mr. McCarney’s appointment is a reflection of our commitment to excellence in the fund services and wider asset servicing industry. Our position continues to strengthen by employing the best talent in the market.”
