Credit Suisse says that Mark Norris has joined Credit Suisse as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer for the private banking business in the UK. In addition to his COO role, he will also assist in the implementation of new products and business initiatives, working closely with the senior management team in London and Zurich.
Norris will be based in London. He will report to Jeremy Marshall, Chief Executive Officer for Credit Suisse’s private banking business in the UK.

Norris joins from JP Morgan Asset Management, where he most recently held the position of Head of Operations Europe. He is a Chartered Accountant and has over 20 years experience in financial and professional services industries and prior to JP Morgan, held a number of senior roles at Deutsche Asset Management and Jardine Fleming.
