Linsz, 44, most recently served as risk executive for Global Banking and Securities with responsibility for managing market risk and capital markets credit risk. Prior to that, he was chief risk officer for Europe, the Middle East, Africa (EMEA) and Asia.

Linsz replaces Jeff Brown, 35, who has decided to leave the company to pursue other career opportunities.

“Mark’s deep understanding of our company and the global capital markets, coupled with his ability to balance business objectives with risk management, will be a tremendous asset in his new responsibilities,” says Joe Price, chief financial officer.
