Mark Davies has departed Standard Chartered, Global Custodian can reveal.
Davies departed his head of intermediaries and investors sales role at the beginning of March.
Standard Chartered will not look to replace the role, it is understood.
Davies joined the Asia Pacific sub-custodian six years ago and was responsible for the sale of Securities Services and Cash Management within Standard Chartered Wholesale Banking’s Transaction Banking team.
He joined Standard Chartered from HSBC, where he spent over 30 years in a variety of roles, including 10 years as head of Custody and Clearing for HSBC in Europe.
Based in London, Davies worked with new and existing clients to implement the bank’s strategic vision in the area of security services.
