SIS Group has appointed Marco Strimer as CEO of SIS x-clear from 1 March. Until now, Strimer has been Head of Customer & Custodian Relations at SIS SegaInterSettle AG. He succeeds Peter Sami, who was made CEO of the SIS Group in January this year.
Marco Strimer’s successor at SIS SegaInterSettle is Ernst Bollhalder, hitherto Head of Sales & Services at S A G SIS Aktienregister AG. He was simultaneously promoted to membership of the Executive Committee of SIS SegaInterSettle.
The Board of Directors and the Group Executive Board are satisfied that the vacancies have been filled by experienced management staff from within the Group. Both executives are experienced banking and securities professionals who have worked for the SIS Group for many years.
