Marco Bolgiani will step down as UniCredits deputy head of Corporate and Investment Banking at the end of November.
He will take on the role of head of the International Subsidiary Banks Division of Intesa Sanpaolo, Intesa said in a statement.
Olivier Khayat will take on the role of head of global transaction banking at UniCredit on an interim basis.
Bolgiani will replace Giovanni Boccolini, who has reached the end of his term at the bank, Intesa said.
He led the sale of the former UniCredit Italy business to Societe Generale Securities Services in 2005.
