Marc Russell-Jones to Join State Street

State Street has hired Marc Russell-Jones as head of asset manager sector solutions for the Nordics.

He is set to join the custodian bank on September 15. He joins from J.P. Morgan, where he was a managing director working in alternative investor services.

At State Street Russell-Jones will report to Andy Wilson, who is head of asset manager sector solutions in the U.K. and Nordics.

State Street recently created a sector solutions team across Europe, which focuses on five client segments (which may have crossover but are looked at as individual sectors): official institutions, insurers, asset owners, asset managers and alternative managers.
