Hedge fund manager Man Group is reportedly considering taking legal action against the alleged Ponzi schemer Bernard Madoff after losing $360 million, according to FT Adviser.
A spokesman for Man Group said: “Not all the facts are currently available, and any action we take will need to be based on more complete information.
“In the meantime, we are actively reviewing all options to recover assets for our investors.”
