MACH, a global clearing and settlement partner for mobile based transactions, and Cibernet, a mobile roaming business applications provider, have officially merged to form a new company with a global reach, serving over 650 mobile operator clients.

The new business will continue under the name of MACH and will draw on the heritage, skills and expertise of both companies to serve mobile operators that aim to develop their mobile roaming, data clearing and financial settlement businesses.

“The exciting blend of highly skilled and experienced employees, business practices and innovative new solutions that MACH now has at its disposal is a major boost to our existing customers,” said Piyush Sodha, CTO of MACH and former Chairman and CEO of Cibernet. “We now have something extra to offer our prospective customers as more and more carriers look to generate revenue streams from mobile roaming and related services.”
