Lynx Wealth Management Systems, the supplier of software to wealth managers, has appointed Claire Lloyd Vine as Sales Executive for the Caribbean.

Lloyd Vine will be based at Lynx’s Cayman Islands office, supporting Jay Schutte, Lynx’s director of operations for the Caribbean region.

“Having worked with major banks and other financial institutions in the City of London for many years, I am excited to be joining Lynx at such a dynamic time in the company’s development of the Caribbean region,” says Lloyd Vine. “I am looking forward to working closely with Lynx’s existing clients and to developing new business opportunities for Lynx in the region. I am also looking forward to living and working in the Cayman Islands and exploring the rest of the Caribbean in my free time.”

John Mosedale, Lynx’s managing director, explains that the Caribbean region is of “great strategic importance to Lynx and our future plans for growth. The appointment of Claire to support our director of operations for the Caribbean, Jay Schutte, reflects this importance. Together they will strengthen our presence in the Caribbean region and continue to lay the foundation for future expansion in the area. I have no doubt that Jay and Claire will continue to grow our Caribbean client base as well as expertly service our existing customers.”

Before joining Lynx, Lloyd Vine spent three and half years as Sales and Account Manager at Trace Financial Ltd, a supplier of middleware, interfacing products, and workflow solutions to the financial sector. Prior to this she was a business systems manager, specialising in financial services, at Mercator Software Ltd, the provider of integration software. She started her career at BT, and also spent a number of years working for Thomson Financial Services.
