Lou Lebedin has joined investment bank advisory firm Doran Jones as partner.
Lebedin was formerly head of J.P. Morgan’s prime brokerage division.
He joined the investment bank when it bought Bear Stearns’ global clearing services division. At Bear Stearns, Lebedin served as CFO then COO before becoming head of the prime brokerage business. He left the bank last year. He is also a GC Legend.
In addition, Doran Jones will appoint Susan Peters, the former CEO of eSecLending, as a member of its advisory board. Matt Doran, founder and CEO, will chair the board.
Doran Jones has also hired Gerard Muldoon, formerly global head of operations technology at Citigroup and Duncan Rawls, formerly global technology head for J.P. Morgan prime brokerage, as partners. Muldoon and Rawls joined in April.
Doran Jones was founded in 2010 to advise large banks on treasury and liquidity management.
