Legis Expands Fund Services Team

Haley Camp has joined Legis Fund Services as company secretarial manager and Ian Hancock as head of alternative funds.

Camp has held various positions, including client solutions manager and company secretary of a local fund administration company.

Hancock has worked as managing director of a local fund services company before joining Legis. He has worked with private equity funds, employee benefit trusts, pension schemes, captive insurance vehicles, securitization vehicles and limited partnerships.
