LatentZero has appointed Megan Costello as its North America head of professional services.

Costello will be responsible for growing the company’s professional services and developing methods to ensure the implementation service matures with its client base.

“LatentZero is a hugely exciting company to work for,” says Costello. “From a product perspective it has a strong competitive edge as well as a commitment to delivering the best possible solutions to its clients. And I’m delighted to be working with such highly motivated and intelligent people who are focused on market-leading technology and innovation. Now that the company is a firmly established player in its market, there is a tremendous opportunity to develop and codify its implementation services so that they continue to match the quality of its products.”

Costello joins LatentZero after leaving OMGEO LLC, where she was first director of American integration services and most recently executive director of global integration consulting. She has more than 15 years in the financial technology sector.

“Megan’s experience in this field is second to none and we are delighted that her unique blend of skills will now play such an important role in the company’s development,” says Gerry Gualtieri, COO of LatentZero. “Her appointment follows that of Nick Harrall as Global Head of the Professional Services Group based in our London office earlier this year, and is a key part of our strategy to ensure that our clients receive the best possible technology, market knowledge, consultancy, and ongoing services.”
