OMHEX has appointed Kristina Schauman as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). She replaces Per Nordberg, who will leave the company to become Executive Vice President and CFO of Sandvik AB.
Schauman was previously head of Treasury at OMHEX. She will assume her new position on 1 November, when Nordberg leaves the company.

As CFO, Kristina Schauman will be a member of the OMHEX Executive Team, reporting directly to Magnus Bcker.
