Wells Fargo Insurance Services promotes Kristina Rickert to Managing Director, Operations.Rickert will be based in the firm’s Chicago corporate headquarters and she will report to Deborah Broderick, Executive Vice President and Operating Officer.
As Managing Director, Operations, Rickert will play a key role in the integration of insurance operations within Wells Fargo and Wachovia, which became a part of Wells Fargo on 1 January 2009. In addition, Rickert’s responsibilities will include the implementation and oversight of enterprise initiatives, project management, quality standards and customer technology initiatives including the firm’s enterprise agency management system.
A veteran of more that 25 years in the insurance industry, Rickert joined Wells Fargo Insurance Services 20 years ago and has extensive experience in agency operations, business development and customer service. Prior to her new corporate operations responsibilities, Rickert most recently served as Managing Director, Wells Fargo Insurance Agency of Michigan, Inc.
Rickert began her insurance career with Amerisure in Detroit, Michigan, after graduating from Ferris State University with a degree in Business Administration. She is a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Licensed Insurance Counselor (LIC), and a Certified Workers’ Compensation Professional (CWCP).
