KNEIP, a Luxembourg-based firm that handles investor communications for mutual fund managers, has purchased Co-Link, a specialist firm in fund reporting technology and services for investment funds.
The move follows KNEIP re-purchase of its shares held by private equity company 3i.
Over the past three years, KNEIP has launched offices in London and Paris, purchased La Cote Bleue, a press agency, Akriweb, a web development company, and bought Lombard Fund Services, a service provider to the fund industry in Luxembourg.
More recently, KNEIP, bought Patrimoine TV, an online video producer dedicated to the financial industry.
KNEIP will integrate the entire Co-Link team.
