Klaus Priverschek, a former CEO and member of the managing board at Pioneer Investments Austria, has been appointed as the new CEO of UniCredit Bank Serbia.
Priverschek follows in the footsteps of Alexander Picker, who has been transferred to ATF Bank, UniCredit Group’s subsidiary in Kazakhstan. Priverschek started his Career at Creditanstalt in 1988. During his 19 years of work with Bank Austria Creditanstalt he held different positions, including executive secretary for integration of HVB and Bank Austria in CEE, business integration manager for asset management at the UniCredit Integration Office and co-head of integration project office of BA-CA.
From 2002 to 2005 he was deputy chairman of the managing board of Bank Austria Creditanstalt Slovenia. At the same time, Georgi Zamanov of Bulgaria’s UniCredit Bulbank has become a new member of Belgrade-based UniCredit Bank’s executive board.
