Effective immediately, KK Ng will serve as president and chief executive officer of Asia Payments Systems, Inc.
Ng, in his new capacity, will head an expanded management team that will oversee the integration of existing Asia Payments and InterPay operations and develop plans to expand the company’s growth.
“I am excited to work with the existing executives of both organizations to build one team focused on achieving exponential growth in revenues and profits for Asia Payments and building value for its shareholders,” says Ng. “This will be a new era for Asia Payments.”
Ng has more than 28 years of experience with companies such as American Express, MBf Group and InterPay International Group.
Former CEO Robert Clarke will remain chairman of the company’s board of directors.
