Kiwibank in New Zealand has selected Broadridges reconciliation solution for the automation of reconciliations and investigations at an enterprise level across all levels of the bank. The PROActive solution will support reconciliation requirements across the banks cash nostros, point of sale transactions, and its products for ATMs, credit cards, foreign exchange and interbank payments.
By delivering transaction reconciliation and exception management at a more detailed level, the solution aims to enable greater transparency and to reduce the potential for losses or over-payments.
