David Nowell has been appointed by Kinetic Partners to join its London regulation and compliance team.
Nowell joins Kinetic Partners as a qualified specialist in transaction reporting and market surveillance. He has more than 20 years financial services experience on both sides of the regulatory fence, having worked previously for the FSA, Reuters and Credit Suisse.
He has numerous qualifications including a Securities Institute Diploma, Investment Management Certificate, and London Forex Association and is a UK-Registered Representative in Securities and Derivatives.
David is widely acknowledged as the foremost expert in transaction reporting and has superlative experience, Julian Korek, founding member of Kinetic Partners. In light of the increasing regulatory pressures our industry faces, we are totally committed to offering the best possible service in regulation and compliance issues. Davids hire is testament to that commitment and his appointment further strengthens our growing Regulation and Compliance group.
