Kees Beuving To Step Down As Chairman of the Board For Fortis Bank Netherlands

Kees Beuving has announced that he will step down from his role as chairman of the board of directors for Fortis Bank Netherlands and retire from his leadership roles with in the bank. Beuying is also currently manager of Fortis

Kees Beuving has announced that he will step down from his role as chairman of the board of directors for Fortis Bank Netherlands and retire from his leadership roles with in the bank.

Beuying is also currently manager of Fortis Netherlands and general manager of retail banking in the Netherlands, leaving the world of banking after more than 30 years.

Jan van Rutte will succeed Beuying when his retirement becomes official October 1.

In his capacity as Chairman of the Board and Country Manager, he will be succeeded by Jan van Rutte who is currently vice chairman of the board.

Jeanine Helthius will take over Beuying’s responsibilities as general manager of Fortis Retail Bank.
