Mike Kennedy has joined Kaufman Rossin Fund Services (KRFS) to lead the companys continued expansion of its San Francisco office. KRFS established its west coast presence in September of 2010 and today serves hedge funds, private equity funds and family offices.
In his new position, Kennedy will oversee the professional team that is currently providing fund accounting, investor servicing, tax compliance and other technical services to the West Coast alternatives community. In addition to providing leadership and management expertise,. Kennedy will also contribute to the firm’s business development efforts.
Kennedy’s prior experience includes client-facing roles in Prime Brokerage at Cantor Fitzgerald, RBC Capital Markets and Morgan Stanley.
