Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP (Katten), announce that Allison Yacker and Joseph Iskowitz have been elected as partners in the Firms New York Financial Services Group. Both new partners will add to Kattens strong New York base and will bring added depth and quality to Kattens respected Financial Services practice.

Both Ms. Yacker and Mr. Iskowitz have broad skill sets. Ms. Yackers practice focuses on OTC and exchange traded derivatives and other financial products, structuring and negotiating various cross-border financings and derivatives products (including total return, equity and fund-linked swaps, portable alpha swaps and options), as well as the organization and representation of hedge funds, managed account platforms and private equity funds. Mr. Iskowitz specializes in the formation and ongoing representation of domestic and offshore hedge funds and private equity funds, and structuring partnership, joint venture, and investment manager seeding arrangements.
Ms. Yacker joined Katten in 2002 following her graduation from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Allison was a summer associate at the Firm in 2001. Allison is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, 1998.
Mr. Iskowitz joined Katten in 2004 following a judicial clerkship at the District Court for the Central District of California. Joseph is a 2001 graduate of Columbia University Law School where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar for three years.
