J.P. Morgan has hired Brian Bisesi as managing director of its EMEA prime brokerage business. Bisesi joins from Barclays Capital, where he worked as head of sales in EMEA for Prime Services.
Bisesi will lead the sales and marketing team for the region. According to a company spokesperson, Bisesi will also be part of J.P. Morgan’s EMEA Prime Brokerage Management Committee. He will report to Paul Brannan, European head of prime brokerage, and Neil Sherman, global head of Prime Brokerage sales.
Stephane Marchand and Dominic Rieb-Smith have also been hired as executive directors in the EMEA sales and marketing team, reporting to Bisesi. Both Marchand and Rieb-Smith previously worked for Nomura.
