JPMorgan has been appointed depositary bank by Mediaset S.p.A for its new American Depositary Receipt (ADR) programme.
A Level 1 programme, the ADRs will be traded over-the-counter (OTC: MDIUY).
Mediaset is one of the largest broadcasting groups in the world and a member of 40 indices worldwide, including Italy’s MIB30 and the Dow Jones Eurostoxx Media Index.
Patrick Colle, global head of ADRs at JPMorgan, said, “We are very pleased to have been chosen as ADR depositary by Mediaset for its new sponsored Level 1 ADR programme and we look forward to working with the company to help them meet their equity objectives in the U.S. market”.
