Jim Conning has been appointed Managing Director of Eiger Systems following Callum Johnston’s decision to leave the company.
Previously he worked in software sales with companies such as Multisoft, InfoBank and Microsoft where he held a number of senior management positions overseeing business development across Europe, Asia, America and Africa.
“The time is now right for me to move on and pursue other interests and my decision to step down as Managing Director was made a lot easier knowing that the business will be in Jim’s capable hands,” says Johnston, one of Eiger Systems’ founding directors. “Jim made an immediate impact on joining Eiger Systems and he’s the natural choice as my successor.”
“We all wish Callum the very best for the future,” adds Conning. “It’s an exciting time for Eiger Systems and the company is undoubtedly strengthened since becoming part of the Experian group and, in particular, part of QAS, with its focus on data accuracy and validation. My role will be to oversee Eiger Systems’ continued growth in the UK and to strengthen our international presence as we seek to build the company.”
