J.P. Morgan has re-launched ADR.com, a web portal intended to provide issuers and investors with the tools necessary to monitor DR trading activity more effectively.
As the first publicly accessible platform to collate both the Nasdaq Global Index Family with alternative market and exchange data, ADR.com targets issuer clients, investors, brokers, and investment advisers. The platform offers insight into potential investment opportunities internationally. The inclusion of Nasdaq Global Index Family also means ADR.com is the first site to present index values for region, sector, and country performance in conjunction with ownership and currency data throughout the trading day.
Developed to aid investment research into companies beyond users’ home markets, ADR.com provides access to downloadable issuer tear-sheets detailing trading volumes and pricing information. New features include access to trading activity, market commentary, news, announcements, corporate actions, and DR Market tools. In addition, a new “DR Watch List” feature, can be customised to users’ preferences when monitoring trading activity.
Global head of Depository Receipts at J.P. Morgan, Dennis Bon, comments, “We re-engineered ADR.com to keep up with the demands of DR market participants. Complementing our mobile tools for DR issuers, the new ADR.com is our latest innovation to ensure our clients and investors have access to the best information possible.”
