J.P. Morgan has named Dianne Challenor as head of head of Transaction Services, including cash management, liquidity and escrow services, for Asia Pacific.
Challenor joins from Citi where she held several senior roles, most recently as COO for Citi’s Transaction Bank in Asia Pacific based in Hong Kong. In her new role at J.P. Morgan, she will drive the Transaction Services franchise forward in Asia Pacific working in partnership with the local, regional and global teams – including business partners across Sales, Service, Corporate Banking, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance and Legal – as the bank builds out the franchise in the region.
