J.P. Morgans transition management business enlarges team with new executives from Bear Stearns. J.P. Morgan created additional fixed income capabilities and conducted a large transition while experiencing record flows.
The transition conducted earlier this year showed the results with excess of $15 billion, a significant increase in businesss transition flows by two-fold in the first three quarters of 2008.
Among new executives who are welcome to J.P. Morgan is Mike Gardener. He moves to London to head J.P. Morgans transition management business in Europe, Middle East and Africa. He reports to John Minderides, global head of J.P. Morgans transition management business.
In addition to Gardener, five new executives from Bear Stearns joined the team in New York, and Jody Windmiller joined the London-based EMEA team as a sales and client management executive. Windmiller previously was a senior member of UBS’s transition management business.
